Charmasson, Buchaca & Leach's intellectual property practice includes patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and contract drafting and review for a wide range of clients. Our civil litigation practice primarily focuses on personal injury, product liability, business disputes, employment litigation and intellectual property litigation in Southern California, in both state and federal courts.
